INTRODUCING CARPE NOCTEM DANCE!

Tango Fusion & Swing It! are pleased to introduce the next evolution of partner dancing in Victoria:

The Carpe Noctem Dance Club

One part dance school, another part "all-you-can-dance buffet!"

Starting in the new year all Tango Fusion and Swing It! group dance classes will be incorporated into the Carpe Noctem schedule. Coupon pass holders (Groupon, Couvon, etc.) still have the same deal, and can register in the Argentine Tango and East Coast Swing classes using their coupon the same as always.

Carpe Noctem offers the widest possible range of social dance classes, allowing unlimited access to any (or all!) of the classes for one low monthly membership fee of $50, or $25 for post-secondary students. Ballroom, swing, tango, salsa and more, all for one price in one place. The only limiting factor is your time and your stamina!

Our inaugural January schedule has been announced here and we are now offering an introductory kick-off holiday sale on semester membership passes just in time for the Xmas shopping season.

SUMMER INTENSIVE WORKSHOPS!

During the hot summer months we will be offering several intensive workshops as small-group classes. Each intensive level will be the same number of hours as a regular level (5 hours) but will be compressed into two days over back-to-back weeks. Each session will be 2.5 hours, for a total of 5 hours split over the two consecutive weeks.

Swing 1 Beginner Class is FULL!

The Swing 1 class starting today at 5:00 PM is quite full. If you have not received an email confirming your registration please try again next session, and be sure to register early!

Please note that class sessions typically run on a 5 week cycle. Every session will include at least one Tango Level 1 and Swing Level 1 class. The schedule for each upcoming session is finalized and posted on the websites towards the end of the current session, so typically around week 4 of 5. Registration for new classes opens when the schedule for that session is announced. If the session you wish to register for does not yet have a schedule announced then please check back at the appropriate time (be sure to refresh your browser), or go to www.tangofusion.ca and join the mailing list on the top left corner to receive email announcements.

SWING IT!

EXTRA SWING 1 CLASS ADDED!

Good news! The Swing 1 Class on Sundays at 4 PM is so large that it is being split and a new time slot opened up an hour immediately before it. Starting Sunday, January 13th there will be two options for Swing 1:

3:00-4:00 PM
or,
4:00-5:00 PM

Both classes run parallel from January 6th-February 3rd.
